Help Galaxy S2 Tablet Has Frozen

My GS2 GT 5100 tablet has frozen. I can't refresh the screen, I've tried holding down the power button but I can't power it off to restart it. It doesn't even respond if I plug in the charger.
Absolutely nothing is happening, any help greatly appreciated.
 
Mine did this to me last night. I was able to restart it by holding down the power button for several seconds.
