By "factory test" I assume you mean "factory reset". A factory reset literally restores the phone to like new, out-of-the-box condition. All user apps, data, settings, homescreen setup, phone log and text messages... everything will be deleted. The phone will be ready to be set up like it was new. Good thing to do if selling or donating the phone.
