Galaxy s21 notification flash

I just purchased the galaxy s21 + and after a few days I have noticed a strange screen flicker, similar to a notification, coming from the bottom of the screen, like where the keyboard is. It flashes quickly then disappears, so quickly i can't read it. Spent a lot on this phone. Hoping this glitch can be fixed. Anyone else experience this?

have tried rebooting the phone? also try putting the phone in safe mode and see if the issue persists. if it does then you most likely have a hardware issue. if it goes away then you have a 3rd party app causing the issue.
