Galaxy S3 and Android 4.3

Yesterday I upgraded my S3 from 4.1.2 to 4.3. The phone will not connect to my own WiFi. When I try and connect to 'Mobile Data' it suggests I install a SIM. The SIM is there it works on other phones.

Help please.
