Help Galaxy S3 Camera Black Line

Hi, I have the weird and annoying problem with my S3 camera. After a few minutes of using the camera a straight black line will appear almost down the middle of the camera screen. Im not sure if this is a firmware issue or a hardware issue. I can't see any scratches on the camera lens. I also transferd the pictures from my phone to my pc to see if it was something to do with my phone screen but its not and the black line is still there on the pc. I have attached an image file of a picture I took of my desk with the black line on it.

thats a huge issue. might be the camera it self. i would really get that looked at. if your under warranty they should give you a new one.
