Help Galaxy S3 freezes after deletion of system app

I deleted the system app secmms.apk as I had converted a new android app for messaging into a system app. I now am unable to use my phone as it keeps freezing after I reboot the phone. First I like to know where did I go wrong and second how can I fix this.. Please help
 
Hello and welcome to the forums. I see your having a problem with apps. On a system app you need to set permission for the app if rooted this can be done with any file or root explorer. The permission should be rw.r.r make sure your system is set to a r/w read write system setting.. or as i do wipe data cache and dalvic cache in the recovery and reboot into the rom and it will earse data but it will set apps or stop the pop up so u can set permission .
 
The permission is not the problem, at the momment of reboot the phone freezes after 15 seconds and willl not allow me to make any changes.
