Help GALAXY S3 HELP

I have a Straight Talk Galaxy S3.
I NEED HELP to PERMANENTLY disable the car mode!! Its driving me crazy it randomly clicks on an off spastically! I have watched EVERY video on YouTube NONE have the answer for me bc NO ONE has shown how to do that on my model. I can not simply buy a new one and my insurance on the cell is expired. Plus calling Straight Talk will NOT help bc its outsourced and the help calls take forever.
ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

If you cannot permanently disable the app in the app manager, look at Package Disabler Pro at the Play Store. It's a paid app that will let you disable any Samsung app without root.

Ill check it out thanx. I was hoping I wouldn't have to down load an app to fix it. The crazy thing is I've had this cell for over 2yrs and I've never had this problem. Alsoi thought it was strange that in my drop down menu there isn't a "car mode" option.

Couple of things to try if you haven't already, preform a cache wipe in recovery( keeps user data) and the dreaded factory reset( deletes user data).
From off, press and hold power + volume up + home till you see blue "Recovery Booting" in upper left of screen then release the power button only till it completely boots into recovery.
Use the volume down button to scroll to Wipe Cache partition then press power to select and wipe. Then select reboot.
If that doesn't correct the issue, backup everything you don't want to loose and do a factory reset.
