Help galaxy s3 mini won't turn on

hello peeps. I have a problem with my s3 mini that is, not turning on. I bought it 2 years ago.


I rooted my phone and i tried a lot of customization and tweaks. I downloaded an apps containing about 5 words ex.
tweaks for samsung galaxy s4. I did not saw The word s4....Btw i downloaded this app from google chrome.. .. . .
as soon as i restarted my phone, All icons, widget and fonts were large and it was quite annoying.
I tried to restore my phone but still the same issue. i restored my phone for the 4th time and as soon as i restarted,
it began to stuck on the welcome screen "samsung"" I switched it off and again restarted but to no avail :"(

Did you tried to press "volume up button"+ "Homekey" + "power button"at the same time?
YES i did that like about 10 time , I did click restore/wipe and all options but nothing . . ..

After dinner, I tried again restarting the phone but sadly , it did not switched on,, , ,,
I also hold the power button for more than 30 sec and nothing. I could not even restore my phone ( volume up,homekey and power but)

DID i broke my phone??? Should i buy a new one or am loosing my money??? can anyone help me if had the same issue??

I'd say either bin it (I've played with that phone) or Google search "flash stock firmware with Odin" for a guide to reflashing it (restoring the operating system)
