Hi, I have just purchased a new network free Galaxy S3, inserted my orange sim and got the message Network sim unlock required.
Does anyone know why this is ? i tried Orange customers services and they said they have no idea, and they will send out a new sim, however i know it is not a sim error as i have tried other sims in the phone ( different carrieres) and they all say the same, however i can still use all the sims in another S3 (The wife's) and they work, so it appears to be a phone issue ?
any help appreciated, complete newbie, so apologies if i have written this post in the wrong place.
