Galaxy S3 Not Charging.

My Samsung Galaxy S3 seems like it's not charging. I've the charger it came with, it says it's charging but it slowly goes down. I used two other chargers and it's still doing the same thing. Before it stopped working, I could plug my usb from my phone into my computer and could manage files from my computer, now when I plug my phone into my computer nothing pops up like it use to but it says it's still charging but it's not. The port looks fine from what I see so I really have no idea what's going on.

It's a charger, not an external power supply for the phone. Turn the phone off. Plug in the charger. When it's charged unplug the charger and turn the phone on. Running he phone with the charger plugged in just runs the battery down slower.
