Help Galaxy S3 Pre-Installed File Manager?

Hi -

Does the Galaxy S3 have its own native preinstalled file manager? Or, do I need one to be installed from the Play Store?

Thanks in advance!

Yes to both. It has a pre installed one called my files. However, the ones on the market are much better

I have a Motorola Defy phone and I use the default one which I think its the same as My Files. I like it much better though to be honest.
Thanks!!! alot.

As has been said, there is pre-installed one, but I'd suggest you take a look at ES File Explorer. It combines all the best attributes... simple, powerful, free. My Files is fine for simple on-phone file management, but ES File Explorer is also network and cloud aware, making it so much more useful, comprehensive and powerful, whilst being equally intuitive. Why wouldn't you install it!

Yep I have estrongs. Got to say though, its taken a back seat since I've been using "solid" beta. Can't see anything estrongs can do that solid can't (for me). It manages FTP, CIFS/SAMBA, dropbox, Google drive etc. Plus DRAG N DROP :) :) :)
