I just got a samsung galaxy s3 and the signal bars stay grey. I heard the grey signals bars means you are not connected to Google services and blue means you are. How do I connect to Google services I have already added my gmail account to the phone but cannot find a way to enable background data and other google services like push email.
The phones 3g works though, I just do not know how to connect to google services and I have added an account and pressed sync.
When i go into app managers google services in running there so I do not know why they are not turning blue.
Please help ASAP as I may have to return the phone because of this
