I bought a S3 mini for my son and after about two months he broke the screen. I had the screen replaced. When I tried to turn the phone on it went to a screen saying " Too many pattern attempts. To unlock, sign in with your google account."
He dosn't have a google account. I called the business that replaced the screen and they said I couldn't have activated the phone with out a google account but all I did when I bought it was install the sim card and it was working fine. I tried to do a hard reset but it just goes back to the same google screen. Dr. Phone Fix said to take it to my carrier which is Walmart friends and family. They don't have a clue.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
