yes but only when I activate airplane mode. That might be your problem.

no its not on its wierd i shut ot off and turn back on its fine

It might be an app. I dumper Juice Defender because it was interfering with WiFi, and it didn't seem to be any setting to correct that.

I agree, don't use Juice defender. It caused random airplane mode when I had it.
