HI. My galaxy s3 seems to not work anymore. The blue light on top of the phone will light up and the menu and back button will light up also, but the screen will not turn on. If i double tap the home button a lady will talk and say no network connenction, connect to network and please try again. Everything seems to light up except the screen. The model # is SPH-L710
and the carrier is Sprint
