My Galaxy S4 Bluetooth has stopped working, as in it will not turn on. The BT was working fine until a week ago. When I go to Settings, Bluetooth and try to turn it on from this location, the "ON" button will pause for a second, and then slide back to "OFF".
I have tried a soft reset, a hard reset, and have chatted with two Sprint techs. This seems to be a unique problem, as I have not encountered any other S4 user having the same issue. Looking for suggestions on how to correct the problem. I am over-the-road truck driver and can only use hands free to talk while driving.
