Good evening!
I recently dropped my old Samsung galaxy s2, completely destroying its display; otherwise it seems to be undamaged. Unfortunately usb debugging was not activated, so I'm having a hard time saving the files I had on the phone. (I know that there are ways of activating usb debugging through recovery and adb, but so far I've had no success with that.)
Now, I also have a galaxy s4 and I noticed that the connectors of the displays of the s2 and s4 look the same. So I was wondering if there's any danger in trying to connect the galaxy s4 display to the motherboard of the galaxy s2, and if there is any chance of it working?
Has anybody tried something like this before and could give me some advice?
I appreciate any help!
