Help Galaxy S4 Mini Hard-bricked?

So i was using a custom rom on the phone but , my sister accidentally formatted the phone.
Now , It is only going vibrating but , anything won't come. I plugged to my pc , it shows for 3 seconds and then disconnects. What is wrong? Also when charging it only goes on vibration loop.

Can you get into recovery? If so you can install another rom.

If not, how exactly did your sister format it? Because it would take more than wiping the system partition (the ROM) to stop you accessing recovery.

No it can´t go to recovery mode. She said that she only formatted through Android default mode on the settings.

Are you able to get into download mode?
From off, press and hold the power button + volume down + home.

No. As i just stated the phone does only goes on a vibration loop. it gets warms , then it shutdowns itself
