Check that the front and middle sections of the phone are securely clipped together. I found this was the trouble on one phone as the Power button was partially jammed due to the misalignment. Once it was all firmly pressed all round and clicked into place - there was no further problem. This is a cheaper fix than having to strip down to renew a switch. Neil.
