Galaxy s4 update

Hey ! I have galaxy s4 and android version and i want to update it to 4.3 but when i check it says that latest updates are installed tryid with kies also.

You have not given details but I guess that it is a carrier locked phone. You will need to wait for your carrier to release their customized version of 4.3 to their users.
