WOW DO I NEED HELP!!!!
I am new to this forum but have enjoyed reading the input from fellow Android fans. My problem is this:
I have four files saved as PDF in my Galaxy S5 which have always just sat there whenever i needed to refer to them. Quite to my surprise today, i went in to read one of these said files to find they were all GONE.... Not a trace, cannot locate them anywhere in the phone. The only change recently i have experienced is a firmware upgrade to Lollipop.
I have read lots of information online regarding so called "Recovery" programs which can apparently recover lost or deleted files, should i give one of these a go?
I did try to use Samsung Kies but did not have a back up completed after these files were saved to my phone (yes big mistake i know).
I am certain that i have not deleted them by mistake and i am completely dumbfounded as to why they have suddenly vanished, any and all help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
