Galaxy S5 Telephone annunciation

My S5 just recently started short cutting my phone ringer with an annunciation telling me who is calling. I'm very hard of hearing and I recently (since this change) started missing a lot of calls. How do I get rid of this telephone annunciation??

Have a look in Settings, Accessibility and see if anything catches your eye

Look at Voice Notification in Accessibility.

I have looked under accessibility and do not find voice notification. I went through all the different accessibility menu's and nothing is checked. It just started this voice notification for no reason and I figure it has to be some update or other. I have a friend who has the same problem, different phone service.

Try running in Safe Mode (disabling all apps you added without uninstalling them). If the problem stops it is caused by an app that you added. Find out which app and uninstall it.

The annunciation problem was in the latest update of Weatherbug. I would never have guessed. Thanks very much for the help.
