Help Galaxy S5 won't software update

Hello.
Samsung Galaxy S5 At&t
Model-Samsung-SM-G900A
Android Version 4.4.2
I have gotten 30 annoying software updates over the lifetime of the phone and They always get automatically downloaded but always fail to install. It goes around 26-28% than closes.
I cannot recall if it is rooted or not, I have tried months ago but don't know if I was successful.

Check the status of the Knox and Warranty void counters, etc.. if they shows anything other than 0x0, e.g. 0x1 then it's very likely been rooted or modified in some other way, also check System status, if you see "custom" again it's been modified.

it says Device status official, and I don't know how to do the first parts you asked me that knox and warranty

That seems to be OK. You should also be seeing two things on the same screen as Device status, "Knox kernel lock" & "Knox warranty void", and they both should have "0xo". If so, it should all be OK for updates and everything else.

These are the things listed in about device, model number, Android version, baseband version, kernel version, build number, se for android status, security software version. I dont see any knox stuff
