I have had mine now for 15 days.
It has lost a Bluetooth connection twice.... maybe... each time I can hear the other party, but they can't hear me.

The same exact symptom occurred with my Galaxy S phone with the same exact Blue Parrott BT-250 headset.

So, which is it? the headset (the common denominator) or the phones?

With the GS5, both times, I could just simply touch the Bluetooth icon on the dialing pad to turn it off, then touch it again and all is well. No fiddling with the headset.

With the 'S' phone, I could simply toggle the BT on/off and all is well again w/o disconnecting the call.

There is a lot going on when a BT device is turned off/on. They get sync'd back up again. Somehow, they get out of sync with each other. Interference from something local?

The situation is no where near bad enough for me to send off what is otherwise a good phone in the off chance of "getting it fixed".

I don't dispute your list of problems, but that is a big list... I can't see you getting 3 phones all having the same exact problems.

I am going to suggest that you haven't got all of the settings correct...

I have been fine tuning my phone everyday since I got it. I keep learning something new about it. I'm quite sure I will still be learning something new about it a year from now.
