Hi, I'm new to the forum so please go easy on me.
I am also new to Android having recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy s6. The problem that I have got is that the phone keeps locking, and then after a time (perhaps 10 minutes) it unlocks itself.
I first experienced this when out walking the dog, listening to my playlists on Deezer when the music suddenly stopped. Looked at the phone and a lock symbol with a circle round it had appeared towards the bottom of the screen. I couldn't do anything with the phone - not even turn it off. By the time I got home it had unlocked itself and I was able to open it with fingerprint. This morning it has locked itself at least 3 times but not when it was playing music, just in pocket.
To me this is strange behaviour and I am at a loss as to how I can rectify it. I have been in to Lock Screen and Security in Settings and tried a few things but to no avail.
