Help Galaxy S6 Notification Bar Stutter when pulled down

So sometimes when I pull down the notification bar there is a half second stutter. I know this is a really small issue but it annoys the hell out of me! A simple reboot only temporarilly fixes the issue. It happens at anytime after a reboot, even right away. I don't want to factory reset my phone because it is a really stupid reason to. Any tips would be helpful

Go into your developer settings and set the window animation to .5x.
It also may not hurt to set the Transition animation and Animator duration to .5x also


Edit: oops, forgot to post this...in order to enable developer settings:

Follow the instructions:

• Go to Settings → About device.
• Tap Build number 7 times. ...
• Go to Settings → Developer options.
• In the Settings menu, you can find the Developer options right above About device. ...
• Enable Galaxy S6 Developer options.
• In Developer options page, drag the switch to right to turn it on.
