Help Galaxy s6 wifi, bluetooth wont work

On my samsung galxy s6 my wifi is stuck at the turning on position, and same with my bluetooth and hotspot. Ive tried a soft reset and a hard reset aswell as booting in safe mode, it just wont work and i looked at the wifi in system information (*#0011#) and it says disconnected. Is it a hardware problem or do i have to patch my software or something?? Pls help

Same problem here!! Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime cna't work properly with wifi and bluetooth activated
