Galaxy S8+ possible burn in PLEASE HELP

I got this phone as a gift with no warranty or anything like that, so this about my third or fourth month in and I have this block of red about 1/4 of the way down spanning to just above the nav bar. It's very faint so you can only really see it on a white background. But when you can see it it's extremely annoying and it even shows up when a light for example shows the divider between the burn in(not sure if it's that) and the working screen. 

Can someone please help me identify the issue and possibly provide a working fix?

Very similar but not nearly as bad 😔.
