Galaxy SII crashes

Recently, my two year old galaxy sii crashes frequently. Any help? Or should I try to sell it for parts?

What exactly is crashing and did anything lead to it? We need more info to help, plus you might get better answers from the Galaxy SII forum here than from the lounge.

Would help if we knew if it was an app, the entire system, a phantom reboot, etc. a 'crash' can mean a lot
