Galaxy SII email server issue

Hello,
I'm trying to set up my work email (actually two different ones) on my Android and after everything is set up it says, "Unable to open connection to server due to a security error."

Should I be changing the security settings on my phone (tried choosing at random since I don't know what is correct) or is it all on the server side?
