Galaxy sIII case question

I am going to a concert and I have meet and greet tickets, I want them to sign my phone. What case should i get for the Samsung Galaxy S III that will keep the signature safe?

Hey Justin. I moved your question to the main GS3 forum where it may get more eyes on it.

Thanks for understanding!

Sounds like something you wouldn't want to use every day afterwards so I'd get a cheap, light colored one and bring a sharpie marker. Then you can have your signed case to display.

regardless of what case you get, youd probably want to clearcoat it with something to make sure the sig doesnt wear off over time going in and out of pockets, etc. (that way you can have your cake and eat it too). my friend is good with plastics, ill ask him about it. though id imagine you might want a dual layer case with hard plastic on the outside, that way you can just coat that part and not the entire case. hard plastic would also probably be the most accepting to a clearcoat finish

Not sure what color you have, but if you have the white one, you could have them sign the back battery cover directly, and then cover with a clear TPU or hard plastic style case.

Have fun! :)

then cover with a clear TPU or hard plastic style case)

the case would most likely smudge up the signature from movement and removing and replacing the case... unless the OP was willing to first rough up the battery door and then re-clearcoat it after the signature. this would be especially easy since the camera lens cover is separate from the battery door on the s3, so nothing to mask up

okay my friend confirmed, hard plastic would be the best surface. rough it up a little bit with some fine grit sandpaper, get the sig, let it dry, then finish it with minwax polyurethane clearcoat

Id say just get an extra battery door and have them sign 2 of them. one on the phone one on display or ebay, whichever you may.
