Help Galaxy Tab dropping SMS messages

Hey guys,

the samsung galaxy tab phone that i have seems to not be receiving SMS messages at random. I have many people approacing me and saying that they sent me a sms but i did not receive it. Some of them were quite long and it seems to always happen to long messages.

does anyone have this experience before or isthere a way to fix this?

Hi,

I have also this problem. When I send (short) SMS from my other phone to my galaxy tab 7.7, half of the messages are lost. I'm not sure if this problem is related to my sim-card which I have taken from my 3G usb modem.

I am not receiving any SMS on my new Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 when sent from another mobile, which is sending the SMS without error.
Do I have to do any settings on my Tab to receive SMS?
