Help galaxy tab note 10.1

I love this tablet but here is my problem when I use my banking app I do not get all the functionality that I wold on rhe web site using a pc I realize im using the app but is there an app that I can go to the web site and see the same functionality as if I was on a pc
 
Is there a solution for flash on my tab some site I visit rqire it or use the app which many times does not have the same functionality often times I have to go to my pc any thoughts
 
If your bank's app doesn't offer the full functionality of the website I don't see any alternative to using the website. Maybe contact the bank and tell them what functions the app is lacking.

Since some of your questions concern browsing from the Tab, maybe you could try some different browsers. In particular, setting the user agent to desktop, or equivalently asking for the desktop site, should give you the full functionality, so if your stock browser doesn't offer that (check the browser settings) there are plenty of others which do.
 
Dolphin Browser has flash support. Search for latest flash for android from adobe website and see if that works with your current browser
 
TBF these days if I came across a bank's website that required me to have Flash to conduct my business, or found their official app lacking. Be very tempted to contact them about it, or even take my business elsewhere.
