Help Galaxy Tab / Phone connectivity

I own a MyTouch 4G and I was wondering, can you tether this phone to a wifi-only Galaxy Tab for on-the-go internet? Seems like functionality that should be standard between varying Android devices. At least to me anyway.

Short and simple answer is YES! Just use the built in mobile hot spot feature.
