That site resells many unlocking and other phone services, just FWIW. I do not know their quality, so can't comment on that. They may well provide a good service, but for those who do go there - be aware that it is a commercial site (nothing inherently wrong with that).
When replacing your ROM, be sure to validate the ROM with a trusted source. Check the MD5 or other hash against the author's release, for instance. This is necessary to ensure security on your device. Remember, you are trusting the ROM author with your essential personal information. Thankfully, most are completely trustworthy .. but the day may come when they aren't.
