Root Galaxy tab root noob

Hello,
I am new to the rooting process and have a question. Didn't see a galaxy tab forum for rooting so I am posting here. I used z4root to root and used titanium backup to backup and un- install the sprint zone app as I never planned on activating my tab. Well now I have gone ahead and activated but didn't realize that backing up with titanium didn't actually backup the app itself. Needless to say I now have a tab without sprint zone and cannot find an apk that will work. Has me removing this app made it so I won't receive future updates? If so does anyone have any suggestions on how to reinstall the stock rom? Any suggestions and help would be appreciated.

Ouch. Titanium backup cannot backup system apps. You will need the original rom as you have already realised. The XDA Galaxy Tab forum is not very active, but you might still receive some help. Also check samfirmware.com. They might have the necessary roms.

What does Sprint zone do anyway?
