Help Galaxy Tab7 plus Samsung Apps won't update

Hi, I'm new to this forum and to the Galaxy Tab 7 plus.

I have a problem that my Samsung Apps won't update, and without an update, will not open at all. \it was like this when I bought it. I still have Android 3 and my wifi connection works for everything. Does anyone know how to fix this?

When I have issues with apps not updating, first thing I suggest is clearing the data and cache from the play store app. After that, go back to the play store and try updating your apps.

Most are but I sorta read your question wrong. Rather clearing the cache from the play store...clear it from the samsung apps apk. But IMO, you'll be better served using the play store rather than the samsung app store.

Am new in this forum.. Samsung apps on my tablet can't open and update,I have cleared all the data and clche in da settings and I can't seem to find it in play store. Plz help me
