The problem is contained in one of the apps you have backed up and restored. The fix would be to eliminate the app that is giving you grief. Reinstalling the apps one at a time is a huge pain. Try to recall which app was installed just prior to the problem or make a list of the apps you want and install them anew from the play store.

Breathe, try to understand that we are here to help you out.
There could be a simple app that you never use at all.

Put your device into safe mode:

Run the device in safe mode and see if it still happening. Safe mode prevents any third party apps from running. If it stops then you know it is one of the apps you have installed.

All you need to do from there is work your way backwards. I would factory reset the phone, and instead of using smart switch, individually install your apps one by one.

Also keep in mind that sone of these nefarious apps can also install other apps or files that can continue even when the original app is un-installed.

On the noze my fine feathered friend, @ocnbrze , I just did a factory reset on my tablet a spell ago, and it is Samsung one as well, op Pay attention on what we are telling you instead of spending a lot of time on the annoyance of customer service on Samsung, they will probably tell you the same thing.
