Galaxy Y - Moving files to SD Card

Hi folks,

I am 2 weeks into my starter Android and am still struggling a bit.

Can someone please tell me how to move Voice Recorder Files to the SD card?

In fact, it would be helpful if I knew how any file could be so moved.

I'm just guessing here. I think you can use Astro File Manager to move files to the external sd card. I hope I don't cause you to mess anything up.
