Galaxy y screen becomes blurry if pressed issue

I use this phone from last 7 month . . But from last month i noticed that if i touch screen surface by putting some pressure. Screen becomes blur like water blurrs. . I don't know what's wrong with it it happens in only center area of screen! . . It is ok. . Or lcd problem? Or any idea?. .
