Help galaxy y upgrading 2.3.6 problem

hi this is koti again

recently i tried to upgrade my galaxy y from 2.3.5 to 2.3.6 with odin3

i have only PDA file that one is "S5360DXKJ3_S5360OLBKJ2_S5360DXKJ1_HOME.tar.md5"

i only adding this pda file and starting ...and its going fail

how to upgrade my galaxy y to 2.3.6???????

try updating from Kies! I've done it

My kies doesnt show 2.3.6 yet.

1. connect ur pc to internet
2. start kies without connecting ur phone
3. wait for 2 min, (probably kies will check for updates when idle)
4. connect ur phone (through USB preferably) and wait for 5 min


PS: it worked for me, donno if it works out for you!

download latest version of kies. u need a good net connection. and a lot of patience.

The up gradation of firmware is available only region wise, please wait until.
