I have made my galaxy y off by power switch on it.Now i am unable to make it on and off.After pressing the power button 20 second ..only samsung screen saver is appearing.I am confused what to do...please help me make it on.

It is my understanding that if you press and hold the power button on some phone (not familiar with the galaxy y model) that you will boot into recover mode.
Remove the battery from your phone. Wait a few seconds and then replace it. Press the power button for about a second, but do not hold it down. You phone should boot up normally.

yeah u have to press for a long tiome
then samsung logo and model no. appears and the phone will boot in normal mode .....
