Root Gallery/Camera not sure, issues

Im having a problem with gallery after taking a new picture. When I take a new pic I can preview it fine. But when going into gallery first time after taking the pic it freezes every time. I do battery pull and go to gallery again with no problems. Im running whats in my signature. Any ideas?
 
I'd start over in Gallery. I'd backup all pics, then go into application manager and clear cache and data in Gallery and Camera apps.

Reboot, then migrate pics back to Gallery.

Ok cleared gallery data then phone cache and for now seems to be working. Thanks again frisco :D
