Help Gallery won't sync with Picasa

Greetings,

I have a Nexus 7 tablet and cannot get the Gallery photo app to sync with Picasa Web. The Gallery app setting on the tablet has the "Google photos sync ON" and all of the Google Accounts are set to sync in the System Settings.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Go into the tablet settings app, then Apps -> Scroll over to "All" -> Find "Gallery" in the list, press the "Force Stop" and then "Clear Data" buttons, and exit out of settings. Open the Gallery app again and it should start syncing everything. If it fails again, double check your sync settings in your Google account properties (make sure its enabled, etc).

Your suggestion worked. I did try that already, without results yesterday. But did it again as you suggested. All is well now. Thanks for the support!

Glad it helped Had to do the same thing on my Nexus 7, my Galaxy Tab 10.1, and my Xoom when I first got them. Not sure why, just how to fix...

Try editing your first post and adding [Resolved] to the subject/title... not sure if this forum allows that or not... then again I'm on tapatalk anyway...
