how do i make more albums for my droid incredible htc 4g

The easiest way is to install an app like estrongs or Astro file managers. Once installed, you can navigate through the app to SDcard/Pictures. You should see any existing albums you have (like wallpapers, screenshots, etc.).
Note: Your photos which appear in the gallery will not appear in this folder.
Now you can create a new folder and name it as you want it to appear in the gallery. Any images you place in these folders will appear in your gallery. You can copy and paste images here using the file manager or connect the phone to your PC and drag and drop to these folders. You can also create the same folders if you just attach your phone to your PC via USB cable.
