Gallery3D doesn't sync with Picasa web changes

[chuckpoland]

Gallery3D.apk Version 1.1.30682 was installed on my Samsung Infuse 4G Android (AT&T) phone when I got it. When I ticked the "sync to Picasa" option, it pulled down all my Picasa Web albums, as of that point in time. (except for one photo, which came down as blank for some weird reason). Since then, it will add new photos, but only at the end of the album, and it doesn't seem to have an "Organize" function like Picasa Web does, that would allow me to reposition the photos properly. It also will not update an existing photo which has been modified in the Web album, nor correct the one that came down as blank. I can't find any way to delete the albums on the Android, nor any way to force a reload of an album to the Android from the Web. It will handle syncing brand new albums properly, but it's unreasonable to create a new album every time I make a change.
Can anyone help me with this?
Is there a better tool?
If so, how do I get rid of Gallery?
Thanks
Chuck
