Help Game failed to download, now tablet is at 0GB

I had 3.1GB on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 SM-T210R (it has a ROM of 8GB, 5.2GB are useable), when I tried to download WWE Immortals (which said 1.56GB during the download) it stopped around 99% and told me I didn't have enough memory, so since the game failed to download I checked my Application Manager and it's telling me I now have 76MB out of 5.2GB when I should have gone back to being at 3.1GB like I was before the download.

How do I get back all the memory I lost from that failed download without having to format?

I already tried checking my entire "My Files" folder from within the tablet (I saw a folder that said WWE 2014 on it but deleting that still kept me at 76MB), using Clean Master and searching through the entire "All" section of my Application Manager, clicking the "Storage space running out - Some system functions may not work" thing which just took me to the Storage section of my settings and showed that my "Miscellaneous files" is at 3.30GB yet when I open it and try to delete everything it says my only deletable thing is "TMemo" which takes up 64KB, I also checked "Data usage" and it says 4.63GB on Google Play Store (which is at the top of the list).

To sum it up: I had 3GB, tried downloading a 1.5GB game, it told me the game was too big for my tablet, now I'm at 76MB.

Always happy to TRY and help another wrestling fan out, lol. I've had issues like this with mp4s and pens, and the only way I've been able to fix them is to format them, which in the Android world would probably be the same as a factory reset. If it's not a huge hassle to transfer everything you want to save to a PC and go that route I'd say it's your best bet. If not just stick around and see if anyone here comes up with something better.
