This is actually a game, called Guardian, new out today, it is an 80's style arcade game with motion sensing so that it works on Android and it does work.

A couple of screenshots for those who want to have a look at it, yes, the controls are a little complicated at first, but once you have got going, they should feel natural.

There is a fingers / thumbs layout option so you can find the best fit.
