game won't stop

I have a galaxy 3 and it has a game stuck, I have taken out the battery and it comes back as soon as I restart the phone
 
If possible, can you boot into recovery mode and clear data and cache?

Or alternatively, can you access the apps manager and wipe the data and cache under the game?
