There was an app in the markket that allows you to do this. Idk if it works for the esteem maybe one of you guys can try it its called sixaxis controller.

I think I can see how the non root wired version will work, but what about the wireless rooted version? If sixaxis doesn't work on our phones I don't think the wireless will with either.
Just a thought for those thinking about getting this
